Inserting/Replacing Batteries

1. To remove back cover – press both clips and lift back from clock.

2. Insert 4 “AA” batteries into multiple battery compartment and 1 “AA” battery

into single battery compartment (Batteries are not included).

3. Replace the back cover – ensuring that the clips snap back into place.

Inserting Photographs

1. Remove back cover of the clock.

2. Insert photographs into the small frames.

3. Replace the back cover – ensuring that the clips snap back into place.

Setting the Time and Message Recording

1. To set time, rotate dial on back of clock (see diagram).

2. To set the Message Recording:

a. Press and hold the “REC” button on the back of the clock.

b. Begin recording after the LED light is lit, speaking into the “MIC” located just

beneath the “REC” and “PLAY” buttons (see diagram).

c. You will have 6 seconds of recording time. Once the LED light is no longer

lit, the recording time has ended.

d. Press “PLAY” to hear the recording.

Normal Operations

1. If a message has been recorded, the message will be played at the top of every

hour.

2. If the room is dark, the light sensor located on the front of the clock face will

deactivate the sound.

3. To deactivate the sound, remove the 4 “AA” batteries in the multiple battery

compartment.

4. If the sound becomes distorted or does not play, install 4 new batteries into the

multiple battery compartment.

5. If the clock begins losing time or stops, install 1 new battery into single battery

compartment.

Battery Notice

Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable

(Nickel Cadmium) batteries.

To avoid leakage or explosion, do not put batteries in fire.
