OPERATIONS MANUAL

CUCKOO CLOCK

FEATURES

1) Clock automatically triggers the bird and bird song on the hour. The

bird will extend out of the doors, a bird song will play, and then retract back into the

clock.

Note: If the door does not close completely, please take one of the “C” size batteries out of battery

compartment and put it back in to reset and close the door.

2) This clock has a silence function controlled by a light sensor positioned above the doors.

The light sensor automatically deactivates bird and turns the bird song off when the

room is dark.

3) A “Try Me” Button allows the user to activate the bird and bird song at

any time. (Located on the right side of the clock)

SETTING THE TIME

1) Insert 2 “C” and 1 “AA” size batteries (not included) into the battery compartment

located in the back of the clock. Make sure that the battery polarity (+/-) is as

indicated. (See diagram above)

2) To set desired time, use forefinger to turn the minute hand which is positioned on front of clock.

Be careful not to touch the hour and second hands when setting time.

Note: To protect the clock hands, clock dial and table surface, do not lay the clock face down when

inserting the batteries.

ATTACHING THE PENDULUM

1) To unlock the clip, firmly pull it towards the center of the opening in the bottom of the

clock. (See diagram above)

2) Fasten the pendulum stem to the clip by sliding the stem into the clip area until it

clicks into place. (See diagram above)
